There are so many different systems or criteria used for signals when entering and or exiting day trades. Among the many different stock trading strategies traders use, is the popular reversal trade. Reversal systems are used on any time frame stock charts whether it is a intraday scalp using a one, two, or three minute stock chart or for a longer term trade using a fifteen minute and daily stock chart. Reversals are great strategies to follow and usually produce a good profit. Always remember no matter what you are trading; always place a stop loss upon entering the trade. This will prevent further losses should the stock go against your current position. This does not always happen, but it is best to be prepared just in case.
